You all know my love for Miami is MAJOR. It’s one of my favorite places on earth. It had some of the most incredible bars and nightlight on earth. Miami is also a mecca for foodies, offering an incredible array of restaurants and bars to explore. But what about those looking for a healthier alternative? A different kind of “bar”. Luckily, Miami also boasts some of the best juice bars in the country. Miami has no shortage of incredible restaurants and bars, but it's also home to some of the best juice bars in the country. Bad Girls Yoga has a philosophy that’s centered around balance. I love a good martini and night out. It’s part of what makes my life feel fun and complete, but the only way I’m able to feel my best is to balance that out with a healthy lifestyle. Bachelorette party yoga and beach yoga can help you and your girls find balance together. It’s equally important to give your body the nutrients it needs to be able to power through that beach yoga session! Whether you're in the mood for a healthy smoothie or a fresh-pressed juice, these bars are sure to satisfy. So next time you're in Miami, be sure to check out these top-rated spots for a healthy and delicious experience. (And don’t forget to grab a martini when you’re done).

Namaste! Gillian xoxo
