Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Once you have reserved a session and paid; there are NO REFUNDS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

  • Weather related changes will have the session moved to the indoor location of your choice. We are not responsible for finding an indoor location for your class and do not have studio space available at any of our locations. There are NO refunds for weather related issues.

  • Final payment is due 10 days prior to the class. All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made due to illness, weather, travel issues, injury, personal emergencies, etc. Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstance.

  • You can adjust the number of guests up to 10 days before the session. If a member of your group drops out after this 10 day period, for any reason, they will not be refunded for their spot. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
