What is the booking process?
Once you and your group decide on a location and date, go ahead and submit a request with our contact form. A member of our team will reach out with pricing and availability within 24 hours. A $100 deposit via Stripe is required to hold the spot. For groups of 4 participants and under there is a minimum cost which varies based on your location. Final payment is due 7 days before the class. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated and this can be given directly to your instructor after class. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email reply within 24 hours.
Is the deposit included in the total price?
Yes - Your non-refundable deposit holds your class day and time, and it goes toward your total payment; it is NOT an extra fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once you have reserved a session and paid; there are NO REFUNDS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Weather related changes will have the session moved to the indoor location of your choice. We are not responsible for finding an indoor location for your class and do NOT have studio space available at any of our locations. There are NO refunds for weather related issues.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to the class. All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made due to illness, weather, travel issues, injury, personal emergencies, etc. Once a payment is made, it will not be refunded under any circumstance.
You can adjust the number of guests up to 7 days before the session. If a member of your group drops out after this 7 day period, for any reason, they will not be refunded for their spot. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
Where are you located?
We are located all over the U.S.! We are a MOBILE CLASS, and our sessions are held wherever your heart desires: downtown, a park, the beach or your AirBnB/VRBO. We come to you! Our team has tons of recommendations. Just ask! :)
Can you help us pick a spot?
Definitely! We will help you to pick out the perfect spot for your class.
Is it possible to have our class on the beach?
It sure is! Your instructor will help coordinate the best meet-up spot, but we do require everyone in your group bring a towel to use for class. There is no additional cost for a beach class. :)
Who teaches the session?
One of our Bad Girls Yoga instructors! We are a group of women who believe yoga should be fun and joyous. We create each session specifically for the group we are teaching; no two classes are the same! Everything is tailored to you, right down to the playlist. We are certified yoga instructors and have been teaching various styles and students since 2014.
What level and style do you teach?
Classes are for ALL levels and designed specifically for you and your group. A slow and breezy stretch, a fast paced heart pumping flow, or a little bit of both - it’s all up to you! All classes end with aromatherapy, meditation, and a Rosé toast.
Do I need to bring a mat?
Nope, we’ve got you! Mats are included in the package and always cleaned between uses. If you choose to have a class on the beach you will need to bring your own beach / large towel.
Who brings the rosé?
We will! Rosé or a NA beverage is included in your price, and your teacher will bring 1 beverage for each person in your booking.
What if our group does not drink alcohol?
Your teacher will provide a non-alcoholic option that is included in the price.
When does the teacher arrive for class?
Our teachers arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time at the designated location.
Do you offer hands on adjustments?
Hands-on adjustments are always included and the best part of every class! But if you would prefer to opt-out, no problem! Just let us know.
Do you offer refunds?
NO. Once you confirm your session and make payment, we make sure time and energy is reserved for your booking; we do NOT offer refunds of any kind.
What happens if it rains?
Your instructor will set up at your AirBnB/VRBO, or they’ll try to help you find a covered area outside. Please note, there are NO refunds or rain dates offered, and NO cancellations are permitted due to weather.
Can I change the number of people after I book?
Yes! You may adjust the number of guests anytime up to 7 days before your session. Once this 7 day period has passed participants are NOT eligible for a refund regardless of the circumstance.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?
No but there is a minimum cost for groups of 5 participants and smaller. Please inquire based on your locations prices.
What happens if I need to cancel or a participant drops out?
All payments are non-refundable. We do NOT offer a refund for any decrease in class size once final payment has been made 7 days before your session. If a participant cancels within 7 days of the scheduled session, no refunds will be issued. This policy is strictly enforced, and all payments are considered final.
When should I send our group’s playlist requests?
The sooner the better! But we’d greatly appreciate your requests 7 days before your class.
Are there any additional fees we could expect?
Nope! Aside from your deposit and final payment, there are no extra fees.
When is final payment due?
Final head count and payment is due 7 days before the session. Gratuity is always appreciated after class.
