The Best Outdoor Locations for Yoga in Palm Beach.

Hello my friends!

I’m freshly back from a heavenly weekend in Palm Beach, FL and I miss it already. It legit looks like a fairytale! I stayed at The Colony Hotel Palm Beach and it made all my Barbie fantasies come to life. Everything there is pink, chic, and classic Palm Beach. I felt like I was living in a Marilyn Monroe movie and I was in absolute heaven. The Colony Hotel is a MUST see if you are ever in that area!

If you're looking for a way to enjoy the beautiful weather in Palm Beach while getting your daily dose of exercise, outdoor yoga classes are a perfect option. Here are some of the best spots for outdoor yoga and my top recommendations for your Bad Girls Yoga session classes in Palm Beach.

  1. The Beach - What better way to enjoy the beautiful scenery in Palm Beach than with a yoga class on the beach? You can choose to join a yoga class that's already scheduled or bring your own instructor. Palm Beach Municipal Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and Juno Beach Park are all popular spots for beach yoga classes.

  2. Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens - As we mentioned before, Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens is a beautiful outdoor space that is perfect for yoga. The gardens offer a tranquil and serene environment that's perfect for a yoga class. Many instructors offer classes in the garden, so be sure to check the schedule.

  3. Mounts Botanical Garden - Another great option for outdoor yoga in Palm Beach is Mounts Botanical Garden. The garden offers a variety of yoga classes throughout the year, including vinyasa, restorative, and yin yoga.

  4. Phipps Ocean Park - This beautiful park is located right on the ocean and offers stunning views of the water. It's a popular spot for yoga classes, and many instructors offer classes in the park. The park also has a playground and picnic area, making it a great spot for a post-yoga picnic with your girlfriends.

  5. Okeeheelee Park - If you're looking for a more active yoga experience, Okeeheelee Park is the perfect spot. The park offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking and biking trails, as well as outdoor yoga classes. The yoga classes are typically held in the pavilion area near the lake, providing a serene and peaceful environment.

Check out my previous blog post and the Bad Girls Yoga Pinterest page for the best restaurants and spots to hit while you’re in town, but don’t forget, it is equally important to make time for the beauty that an hour dedicated to wellness can bring! Palm Beach offers plenty of options for outdoor yoga classes, whether you prefer a beach setting or a tranquil garden. With so many options to choose from, you can find the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful weather while getting your daily exercise with a side of rosé. ;)

Namaste, Bad Girls!
